As we embrace the Church’s goal of making every believer a leader of leaders, one has to be trained and prepared to lead his own cell group. After the Post-Encounter, believers are then encouraged to train to also become leaders who will disciple people for the Lord.
As the Bible says, “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”– 1 Corinthians 9:25-27
Equipping and training are the keys to keep us qualified in the race God has entrusted to us, which is to win souls and make disciples.
Encounter
Pre-Encounter
The Pre-Encounter is a party where a new believer will understand the importance and full benefits of knowing God more and encountering Him. |
Encounter Weekends
It is a two-night and three-day spiritual experience wherein a new believer would know more himself, other people and God. |
Post-Encounter
The Post-Encounter will help a person who has encountered the Lord gain more firmness in his commitment to serve and live for God. |
School of Leaders
The School of Leaders is the place wherein a Christian is being trained and prepared to be a leader. Divided into three levels with ten classes each, the School of Leaders sends people to the harvest field to “go and make disciples” (Matthew 28:19). Each lesson is then divided into two parts–the Doctrine and the Seminar–thus making sure that every student is being taught with the right strategies and empowered by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to win the generation for Jesus.
